I think its definitely a good thing that google weeds out the junky speculative sites that offer no real benefit to people who come across them. However internet marketers always have to start with a new domain name and don't see why new sites should be penalised if they offer good content.

That's good to hear :)

I am still learning the ropes via all the free sources I could get, listening to podcasts and reading blogs, I have a long way to go :)

Yeah excellent point about Facebook. With their new Open Graph API there's now so many possibilities for integrating their data into whatever you want.

I'm good, thanks dude, just trying to get a bunch of stuff done before some vacation time on Thurs. Right now my concentration is mostly on IM services; I don't do much else anymore.

How have you been doing?

"I’ve noticed many, shitty, 1-page, “Made For Adsense” sites drop in rankings after the latest Caffeine updates. My take on this? Great!

It’s embarrassing to be an internet marketer when it seems like the vast majority of our kind serves no purpose other than to flood the interwebs with useless spam. So if Caffeine means the public will see less of this crap and more useful search results, then I’m all for it."

I perfectly agree. Google would eventually have to address these type of sites otherwise its service would be severally affected.

Facebook looms in the horizon and an alternate reality where people don't do web searches via google is a possibility.

How are you Kane? How's your campaign going?

Cheers!
