I found this nice service to track the time spent by your virtual assistant -- Worksnaps (http://www.worksnaps.net). It is easy to use and you can actually visually verify the time he/she spent working. A big challenge about remote work is to know that your worker really spend time as claimed. This service solves the issue. High recommended.

Hey Danny,

I just added a new post - http://im-fun.com/outsourcing/outsourcing-myself-language-barrier/867/.

Since then I've had her setup all 40 or so accounts at HelloTxt (which is similar to Ping.FM) for a friend of mine. She's also been continuing with SENuke backlinking and linkwheeling.

Every day after she's done work she emails me a report of what she worked on.

Pretty happy so far!

We are exactly in the same situation. The main difference I am still going at it alone. Is it possible for you to tell me which tasks you outsourced specifically?

Thanks Kane.
